Carrot Cake, Cheeseball Mix

 Sweet carrots, crunchy nuts, cinnamon, spice, and that decadent icing.  Everything you love about a great carrot cake without having to bake a cake!  

To make the cheeseball, you will need an 8 oz. cream cheese and butter (optional).  Serve on graham crackers, cookies, or a variety of fruit.
