Hand dyed wool makes a lovely center and the \"prodding\" technique was used for the wool petals. Lightly stuffed with poly fil and a wool back. A twig is gently glued in for a stem and a scrap of wool makes the perfect leaf. Sunflower measures 8\"x 7\" and with the stem stands about 20\" tall. The twig could be cut shorter or gently removed. Be careful if pulling out the stick you don't break any of the stitching for the backing...it may cause it to come loose. Each one is hand made and will vary slightly.
