Pattern, LITTLE BUNNY SHEPHERD 1815 SAMPLER

Such a delightful little sampler to add to your collection, from Sussex England. Frances was about 10 years old when she stitched this and she lived to quite an old age. She was baptized on 5 May 1805.

Design Area: 100 stitches wide by 140 stitches high.

Stitched Area: 5-1/2 inches (14.1cm) wide by 7-3/4 inches (19.8cm) high Fabric size: 12 inches (29cm) wide by 14 inches (35cm) high this includes 3 inches (8cm) allowance on all sides for finishing or framing. The measurements given are for 36ct natural linen. Two strands of floss are used for all stitches including the satin stitches.
