Who doesn't like mini chocolate chips? Chocolate wafer cookies make the perfect combination to this delicious cheeseball.

To make the cheeseball, you will need an 8 oz. cream cheese and butter (optional).  Serve on graham crackers, cookies, or a variety of fruit.
